This one is a pretty quick & simple hack. I got this free-after-rebate mousepad for my collection. It had a fairly nice gel wrist rest built into it. The problem with the pad is that it was cloth, which really makes a mess of the mouse internals. The pad was also very small, not good!

Okay okay okay, so I just used some scissors to slice this thing up. But like they say, "No hack too small."
